CLINICAL RESEARCH ASSOCIATE |

A large CRO with a reputation for excellence has an urgent requirement for an experienced CRA to be based in West London. This rôle is available on either a permanent or 12 month fixed term contract basis depending upon the successful candidate's preference. In this rôle you will monitor sites in the UK and Ireland and the project is in the cardiovascular therapy area. You will work as part of the project team based in the client's offices whilst enjoying the support and training provided by an industry leader. CLINICAL TRIAL MANAGER/SCRA |
Move into a line management rôle!!! A leading biotechnology company is looking to recruit a Clinical Trials Manager to join their medical services department in an exciting rôle involving site and people management. Reporting into the Operations Director you will be responsible for the line management of three CRAs within the oncology division involving appraisals, salary review, training and personal development. In addition to this you will have lead CRA responsibilities for UK sites participating in allocated oncology studies. Travel within the UK is required with this position and you may be required to travel within Europe occasionally. A comptetitive remuneration package is available including pension, healthcare, car allowance, stock options and 25 days holiday. Candidates will have minimum of three years experience in a CRA rôle and a BSc in life science or related qualification. Previous line management experience and monitoring of oncology trials is desirable. Preference will be given to candidates with a 'big pharma' background although applications will be considered from candidates with experience in a CRO environment. You will need good commercial awareness, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to prioritise a demandng workload. |

This leading provider of drug development services is offering an excellent project leadership opportunity to an experienced project manager with global experience! You will be the senior operational lead on 1-2 global studies for 30% of your time with the remainder allocated to strategic activities. Line management responsibility is available if you have a proven track record of leading, training and supporting teams of project managers.
To be considered for this role at least ten years' clinical development experience is required, of which five years must have been spent in global trial management. CRO experience is preferred although applications are invited from candidates with pharma experience.
