CONTRACTS ASSOCIATE
A challenging admin role within contracts and finance! This is an office based role in the Home Counties with a leading transnational CRO. The main focus of this role is the production, review and tracking of contractual clinical trial agreements - letters of intent, clinical development, master service and confidentiality agreements - in association with operations, legal and finance departments. Working as part of a small group you will support Project Directors with change orders and out of scope work, occasionally meeting clients during the contract negotiation process. SENIOR/ PROPOSALS & CONTRACTS MANAGER
This business development support role offers the opportunity to work towards supervisory/line management! A well respected CRO urgently requires an experienced proposal writer to join a small but expanding team involved in facilitating the proposal development process. The level of the role offered will depend upon experience although activities common to both levels include: the management of assigned projects - at the senior level this will include global, full service proposals to key clients - , representing the bids/contracts group at bid defence meetings for assigned RFPs with input into client strategies and business development. THIS IS NOT A SALES ROLE! In the near future there are plans to introduce a local head of function and at the senior level you will have the opportunity to be considered for this role. An excellent training programme is available for all employees and you will benefit from quarterly objective setting and appraisals offering you the opportunity to progress your career at your own pace! SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
As Senior Project Manager within this CRO you will hold full responsiblity for timelines, budgets and resourcing on international studies. Typically these will be studies across 5-15 countries (outside the US) and you will manage a cross functional project team and external suppliers (IVRS, central lab). In addition to this responsibility you will also have the opportunity to work closely with Project Directors on large global studies. Initially your role will be operational in focus although this will become more strategic as you develop further your project management capability. In this role you will also provide operational support to business development, proposals and contract management.
